Did you know... When you bruise your sternum, it's as painful as having a cracked rib? It hurts to breathe and it feels like there's a big weight on your chest....but that feeling goes away after a week or two, and if you take it easy and don't move all day, you'll feel a little better every day. Unless you're a smarty like me and about a month after your injury, you lift some heavy boxes and strain your upper body and your sternum starts hurting again all because you just wanted to be able to do stuff again. It sucks. So don't expect to see any new paintings from me for a while, I am not going to do anything that requires me to move my arms around for now. lol
