Hi all, I've been painting! And uh...apparently I LOVE Legend of the Seeker! lol. Below is a WIP pic of something I have been practicing painting on. Also...I am gonna try and reply to comments from now on. I don't know why I didn't reply to so many before. I guess 2 years of not painting kinda killed my spirit a little, and I just ended up sneaking around dA and rarely wrote anything to anyone. But I am back...and painting...and happy! And I probably sound really cheezy because I am so happy! YES!

Did you know... When you bruise your sternum, it's as painful as having a cracked rib? It hurts to breathe and it feels like there's a big weight on your chest....but that feeling goes away after a week or two, and if you take it easy and don't move all day, you'll feel a little better every day. Unless you're a smarty like me and about a month after your injury, you lift some heavy boxes and strain your upper body and your sternum starts hurting again all because you just wanted to be able to do stuff again. It sucks. So don't expect to see any new paintings from me for a while, I am not going to do anything that requires me to move my arms around for now. lol

So how are you all doing?? Let me know! I hope life is treating you well. And please don't ever think that because I'm not on dA for a while, that I've quit. Sometimes life keeps me busy and away from here, but I'll always come back.

Big Changes in Prints!

Have you checked your dA print shop lately? I have been quietly working on making larger image files of my art so I can have bigger prints available, and when I checked on one of my prints today, I saw this www.deviantart.com/print/20478…;

Our prints have a whole new look here on dA! I am excited about it

Now buyers can see what your prints will look like in each size instead of getting stuck with 1 preview image for everything, and there is no longer a big ugly list of prices going down the side of the page

It is also easier to add items to the shopping cart

...Unless you offer really big prints...then dA will try to add a frame and the buyer will have to select "No frame" before trying to purchase your stuff. But overall I am happy with the change, and I think our buyers will appreciate it too

What do you think of the new look?
